The Valuation Lab
A local-first parcel map builder for joining tabular data, exploring valuation patterns, and exporting self-contained interactive maps.
The Valuation Lab turns parcel geometry and user-supplied tabular files into a configurable interactive map. It can join one-record-per-parcel attributes and repeating event or line-item records without flattening away their history, then expose curated styling, filtering, inspection, and export controls.
The builder is deliberately local-first. Uploaded source files remain in the browser, the deployed application ships with no parcel or sales datasets, and generated maps are downloaded directly by the person building them. Its map is also intentionally data-first: parcel geometry and selected attributes do the visual work without depending on a third-party basemap.
The live builder is invitation-only while it develops. There is no public account creation; access credentials are provisioned individually.
